"But I take that back a little bit because that was as close to a perfect performance as I've ever seen. It was incredible. We had three playmakers, but they were positioned to create a dynamic flow, with wide players seamlessly connecting the play.
"Our ball control was impeccable, which allowed us to create and take advantage of good chances. It was one of those rare days when everything just fell into place."
The match was expected to be a tense affair, with Wales potentially facing pressure from North Macedonia, who hadn't conceded a goal away from home during the campaign and only needed a draw to secure second place. However, Wales' performance was nothing short of spectacular, blowing their opponents away and creating a carnival atmosphere at Cardiff City Stadium.
